Nov. 27 -Well the season is closing down at the farm! Winter has come to the Pacific Northwest. Frost on the trees,,,,,the chanterelles i foraged yesterday were actually frozen solid as I picked them! Joe didn't seem to mind and it made a good late thanksgiving gravy for our feast. to see the wine dinners( photos and menus) for the 07 season go here.
