HOW IT WORKS: go to the home page and click on a video link which leads to a printable recipe page with a link to the video. Kitchen pirate courses are grouped first into classes according to technique. In each plate there will be one or more items prepared using the featured technique. for example the stuffed quail plate includes braised escarole and is therefore included in the Braising Class. Please note that the same dish can be seen in one or more classes.. for example the stuffed Quail will appear in the braising section and the poultry section. Each component/(video) of a class will also be available individually. To sign up for classes you will need to make up a username and a password. You will need to supply your name and email and that's it!
Once you sign up you will have your own personal page where you can see and access your classes. It will be your own video cookbook/journal. At my page you can edit your account info and sign up for more.classes. |
